Joint International Laboratory on adaptation of plants and associated microorganisms to environmental stresses

The first steering committee of the LAPSE was held on march 19th in IRD Dakar. On this occasion, the representatives of the different institutions (IRD, ISRA, UCAD, AfricaRice, Thiès University) together with the scientific experts defined the objectives and the plan of action for 2013.
